Platform for Collaborative Exploration of Product Innovation Opportunities
ProspectBa is a systematic design method and tools for envisioning alternative futures to a domain and exploring innovation opportunities connected to them. It provides a common framework for diverse innovation teams to identify and communicate domain problems and to simulate how they potentially change in response to driving forces (trends). ProspectBa produces a variety of knowledge about a domain from design parameters and variables to a portfolio of concepts which can be monitored. This knowledge can be applied across Front-End projects and product development cycles.
